One Way to Keep the Sun out of Your Eyes

I stand near a hedge holding clippers in one hand, with the other hand over my eye. Between my fingers is a branch from the hedge. "My eye!" I yell. "My hedge!" The Puppy yells, standing in the hedge. "Blink! Blink your eyes!" suggests The Fluffy One, who is stretched out on the lawn. The Slinky One's spirit floats nearby, saying, "Well, I think that's a good place for a plant. It's very festive, you know? And it keeps the sun out of your eye. Okay, maybe you should blink."

Hit myself in the eye with an entire hedge and other things for three decades.
